I had stopped trading until a dedicated and thoughtful person by the name of Mark Talbot sent me a birthday package with some 1971 Topps cards. He went so far as to email people to find my new address etc... Truly a gentleman. That act of kindness has rekindled my collecting!

 

Below are the items that I am currently looking for. As you can see most of the list is very specific and very challenging to obtain. The Obak and Tacoma items are for my website www.vintagecardboard.com The rest are for my personal collection. Vintage Cardboard will use the items for the museum on Obaks and Tacoma Baseball the items are not for resale.

Obak Tobacco cards Any card in any condition. Especially looking for the Buck Weaver or Chick Gandil cards. Also looking for anything at all related to Obak Tobacco. Pins, advertisements, cigarette packs etc.

Tacoma Tigers 1904 -1948 Looking for anything related to the Tacoma Tigers. Photos, Newspaper clippings, Scorecards, etc. If it is Tacoma Tigers Related I will trade for or buy it.

Tacoma Giants 1960 - 1965

Seattle Rainier's Cards, pictures, tickets, programs, press guides, etc.

 

I also am looking for anything related to the following.

1971 Topps Baseball. I am working on completing the set then I will upgrade from there. This was the set that I collected as a kid. I still have all of my cards but they are pretty banged up. Currently I need the following cards. I am currently looking for the cards in just about any condition. If possible no tears to the cards.

I have many 50's and 60's Topps and Bowman cards for trade. Some early 70's Topps and a general hodgepodge of modern stuff. I cannot seem to stop buying the pretty wax packs :)
